We had some updates done on sage 100 contractor and I seems that I have lost a take off template for a range of home types. I was hoping to be able to find a way to recover this? I a not sure if this was accidentally wiped either? I can see the template in my takeoff files save on the local desktop but It does not allow me to import the file type either to see if this is still the template with the information I am looking for. 

When I go to open the file in take off templates a pop up comes up with a yellow triangle and exclamation mark It also says, unable to continue. Bid item 0, phase 0 is missing a description on row 409. it wont load and I cant get to row 409 to sort this out, it that was a possibility?
