My company is a residential home builder in Edmonton Alberta, we have several home models (20 or so) that required base model pricing. I am new to the estimating module and trying to figure out the best way to go about this. Can I build a template for Home model A, B, C, D, E etc..? 

Ideally we want to be able to take Model A for example and have a base price after the assemblies and parts have been put into the data base for all models. The price for Model A would have the option of add ons and such, different elevations or upgrades and things that i am assuming would be prebuilt as assemblies and added to the take off template for that model if we chose to? 

We build the same homes many times over in a given year and from year to year.
