I did the same thing and contacted Sage. The first thing they told me was to close the year in payroll and download/update taxes before posting the checks that were cut in the new year. They told me that I could manually enter the corrections in the checks this week instead of voiding all of them. Document 21607 is what they sent me to correct this. I also am referencing document 21601 to make sure that taxes will be correct.
