FYI, I chatted with Sage Support today and had a resolution! I had to restart the hosting framework services and SQL server service on our license server and that corrected the slow typing issue. Sage Support also suggested that I verify that "Spell Check While Typing" was unchecked under the Options menu on the Notes and Work Order Notes windows on Service Receivables. Then from the same Options menu, check "Spell Check on Save". These settings are user by user.
