Keep getting error that Sage file did not backup.

Every time I open Sage Contractor 100 (version 21.3.39.0) I get an error saying that the Sage file did not backup.

Though when i check the backup schedule it is set to backup every night.  And i can see the backup files in the backup folder.

Is this error message incorrect?

    Hello smaris,

If you check the backup folder and open the __SADMB_LastResultsLog.txt file, does it says that the last backup was successful? If so, then go into Database Administration on the server and make an on-demand backup and see if the error goes away. The backup warnings are database-specific.

I looked in that log file, and no, it was not successful.  Here's the log:

2019-01-08 02:12:40 [AEC Industrial] An unkown error occurred running the nightly maintenance and backup
2019-01-08 02:12:40 [AEC Industrial] ERROR: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL12.SAGE100CON\MSSQL\Backup\AEC Industrial.S100CBackup' because it is being used by another process.
2019-01-08 02:31:32 [AEC Industrial] An unkown error occurred running the nightly maintenance and backup
2019-01-08 02:31:32 [AEC Industrial] ERROR: Could not find a part of the path 'D:\Sage100Con\Temp\1D4A730B0BFEC9E\AEC Industrial.S100CBackup'.

Any ideas how to fix that?

I figured it out, thx.  Looked back a few days in my server backup and found a copy of that S100CBackup file and put it in the folder (which was empty for some reason).   Now the log file says the backup was successful and the error message is gone.

    Thx!
