I am running Sage 100 Contractor on MS Server 2016. Sage Advisor Update was installed with v20.4 when we did the upgrade from v19.8. When I go into the Sage Advisor Update console, there is no data available. The Sage Business Care Plan status is blank ( I have an active plan that was  renewed about a month ago). There are no products listed under the configuration menu.

Did I miss a step in my install?
