Issue:

Due to a change in version 24.1.169 (released 5/26/2022), report printing defaults saved in previous versions may no longer be compatible with reports that use a checkbox-type field in the report criteria (for example, the Direct Deposit Equal Checked criteria in the 5-2-4 printing window). Follow the steps in knowledgebase article 115697 "No Matching Records Found" when trying to print after updating to version 24.1.169 and later to resolve this error.
