Live Chat Assistance provides you with a live representative right from within Sage 300 CRE and Sage 100 Contractor. You can chat with one of our skilled support analysts and have your question answered within minutes. From Sage 100 Contractor select Home & Resources, Customer Resources, Technical Support, Live Chat Online with Customer Support. For Sage 300 CRE versions 14.1 and later, you can access chat from any application under Help, Live Chat.

Year-End Center

In the Sage Construction & Real Estate Year End Center you can access all the latest knowledgebase articles, and other online resources for all year-end activities. You can utilize the Payroll Year-End checklist to guide you through preparing your year-end payroll information. You can access information about which payroll reports to run and how to process Federal and State forms, such as the W-2/W-3, 940, 941, and 1099/1096 forms. Additionally you can get information about updates, financial year-end information, closing your fiscal/payroll year as well as information for purging data.
