Aatrix update failed |
Aatrix is not updating automatically, how can I do a manual update? |
Aatrix failing to update is typically caused by an anti-virus issue. |
Issue
If you used the new Close Year feature in version 24.2 or later, the YTD Wage amount printed on 2023 paycheck stubs may be incorrect for some customers. This issue does not affect any other calculations or your year-end reporting.
Resolution
We are investigating a fix for this issue. In the meantime, you can follow the steps in YTD Wages are overstated on paycheck stub in version 24.3 after closing payroll year
