Urgent question - Upgrading. Do I have to rebuild? It takes too long for us to be able to upgrade. Going from 2012 SP13 to 2019 on a network install.

We upgraded to 2019 from 2017. We could have multiple people in sage before and now it seems we can only have one at a time. Sage support says we are only licensed for one user at a time but we only ever had one license.
