Is BusinessWorks 2021 working now? At the beginning of the year I got an email not to install it because it might crash or something, I can't remember exactly.

    Yes.  The current version is V2021 with Service Pack 6.  There were some notifications early in v2021 released in October 2020 which was resolved in Service Pack 1 (that came out in November 2020).  You can also go to the KnowledgeBase at www.sagekb.com and search on article #107119 "Known issues Sage BusinesWorks 2021".  This lists known issues and their resolutions/workarounds.
