I did some searching on your site and see that KB 39468 may assist in resolving this issue but cannot locate where your KB's are stored.

Mona - It appears that something in your network environment is blocking or you are loosing connection to the BW server on your network. I agree and would following the link BDale discussed for article below. Article KB39468 is good too as well - many of the suggestions overlap with both articles.
