Access copied payroll company

Question

When I try to open my 2019 payroll company it says need to install Version 2020. I need run some reports from 2019 payroll. What is the process that needs to be done?

 What is the exact error message yo are receiving? It sounds like you have upgraded to v2020. And you are trying to go to your copied company that you have not performed the data base update on, after upgrading to V2020. To update company database files go to www.SageKB.com and search on Knowledge Base article #19091 How to update company data files (19091)
