Karen- Unfortunately, if the check cannot be voided and reissued, you are most likely going to need to do manual adjustments to the records and tax report to fix.  I do not have a Knowledge Base article for this issue.  So if you need assistance with troubleshooting, then I suggest opening a support case and working with a support analyst.  You can open a case on-line or call 800-447-4700.
