What version of Microsoft Office are you using? We only support the 32-bit version and only Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013. I would have you verify you only have one version of Microsoft Office installed. The user in question is on a 64bit machine running Outlook 2010. I'll check those KB's you mentioned. I tried searching the Knowledge base but didn't find anything. So I appreciate you sharing those items with me. - Thanks

I've read through the KB's you listed and have confirmed that this user's computer is compliant with all the minimums and software requirements for BW. As far as the ID: 78171, we are using Outlook 2010 not 2013. Nor do we have 2016 installed. So, that solution is not really helpful.

But, I decided to do a reinstall of Office 2010 and that seemed to do the trick.
