In reviewing the Sales Order import, you may be able to edit your sales orders using the delete option, then importing the sales order in with the new changes.  When importing, if you select the option ‘Delete existing quote or sales order’ during the import.  DO NOT select ‘Reassign all quote and order numbers’.  In this, you are selecting to delete the sales order, then reimport the complete sales order with your edited information.

Since the Sales Import can get complicated, I would recommend you create a copy company to test your imports for editing your sales orders to make sure you are getting the results you are expecting.

Thank you for the response! Hopefully just a quick clarification. I've been uploading via the Order Entry Module > Transfer > Import Quotes and Sales Orders. Is there another spot I should be uploading where I will see the delete existing quote or sales order? The first option deletes the source file but not existing quotes or sales orders
