where is electronic forms manager

My email no longer works for emailing AR statements.  Help online keeps referring to electronic forms manager.  Where is this?  I am not able to find it.

    The Electronic forms manager can be only be located while "prinitng" or emailing a form from BW

    As for e-mailing just stopped working, What changed on your computer?  Did you get a new e-mail client or email service?  As far as I know Outlook is the only e-mail app that currently works with BW.

    Is there an error message?  Did you change anything like computer, version, Microsoft office?

    Hi Lbaum-

    With v2021 and after,  we use Electronic Forms Manager to control email.  Two Electronic Forms Manager screens display after you select the Email button when in AR Statements. 

    The first Electronic Forms Manager screen indicates the Subject and Message.

    The second Electronic Forms Manager screen allows you to review the Options from the menu and when you select the Send button to send the statement.  This screen also has a Service option on the bottome. 

    • If using a 32-bit version of Microsoft Office your default service will be ISG MAPI, but Outlook can also be used.
    • If using a 64-bit version of Microsoft Office your default will be Outlook. Note: ISG MAPI service cannot be used with 64-bit)

         *The service option is found in the bottom left hand corner of the Electronic Forms Manager when emailing
