I tried your settings on our data(Sage BW 2021 sp14), and it opened/ran fine,  when in doubt try the same report on the DEMO / SAMPLE companies

Two possibilities that I can up with

1. the data file needs re-indexing 

or

2. some how an entry is a letter  - not numeric where it was suppose to be

I would call Sage Tech Support.

How do you access your BW2021? Is it a direct .exe shortcut on your desktop or through RDP?

Our version of BW is 2018 and we access it through RDP. 

The BW 2018 is connected default to TS print/default/PDF.

Any further insight?

Since you asked , I did it both ways. Printer in both cases was set to MS PDF printer

Dennis, I would go the Sage way, get in touch with Tech support.  Running a re-index won't fix damaged data.
