We are experiencing problem printing our year end w2's

We are experiencing problem printing our year end w2's.  We keep on getting an error "yellow" fields on box f, OH (state) column.  We try to continue without fixing because that is the correct state we are in and we receive System Error 5: Access is denied.  Error copying file C:\users\store\appdata\local\temp\aatrixtemp\buildernewD....

We do not efile through Sage Business Works.  We have a state site that we do it on that's easy and free.  After the prior code i posted, we then receive a Task List Error  Error loading form W-2_STATE for task.  Any idea what we are doing wrong?

    Hi

Thanks for reaching out. I've forwarded your questions onto the Sage BusinessWorks support team. Will update you with any news.

If this is related to Error: "Code 5 access is denied", then see the resolution steps:

    • Back up Sage BusinessWorks to the local drive instead of the cloud drive
    • If that works without error contact your cloud vendor to verify user rights

    Warm Regards,
    Erzsi

    box f, OH (state)

Did you mean Code F?  The team advised that Box references on W-2s are numbers. The deductions, pretax, health insurance, etc are alpha codes. CODE F is Non-taxable elective salary deferrals to a 408K SEP retirement plan. As for the Access Denied error, it could be related permissions. The support team would be able to assist further via chat. Hope this helps!
