Does anyone know how/when employee withholding for the new Oregon Paid Leave will be addressed?

Will it be similar to the Oregon STT withholding?  I missed the Oregon STT announcement. I'm just hoping to be prepared for this one.

    Carlie-  At this time, there are no instructions for the Oregon Paid Leave for Sage BusinessWorks.  To my understanding this has be delayed until January 1, 2023. An article should be created by the end of the year.  Generally, for Paid Leave there is nothing that needs to be changed in the program.  The customer will need to create separate deductions to calculate employee and employer contribution amounts for Paid Leave.  At this time, feel free to use the Knowledge Base (www.sagekb.com) and search on "paid leave'.  You will find some examples of what other states are doing for their paid leave deductions that appear to be similar.
