Somehow during setting up a new employee, his state was miscorrectly assigned to AR instead of TN.  I need to change it to TN but the field is grayed out.  I was trying to do my TN State quarterly reporting and noticed his wages were not pulling in.

Can someone tell me how to change his state set up?

    Once an employee is set up for a state and paid - there is no going back.  That said - You could terminate that employee and create a new one with the correct state and use that for the rest of the year.  There are some "Setup mode" things you may be able to do but you would need help from tech support to complete.

    There is no option to change the employee state.  You will need to create a new company ID with the correct state assigned to it.
