Are you importing in the Journal Entry for your payroll and getting a message "Journal entry is out-of-balance"?  If so, there a Knowledge Base article on our website www.SageKB.com for that.  See article #93665 Error: "Journal entry is out-of-balance".  There was a change in 2019 that basically enforces the requirements for the number format.  It tells you to - Edit the import file in Microsoft Excel to display all amounts as NNNN.NN instead of NNNN.N.
