ACH file in payroll only shows last name in uploaded file

Some of our employees use cash cards, Global Cash Card to be specific. The information is being returned to our bank as a mismatched name. They are wanting me to update the file with a full name. Somewhere in the upload only the last name is being transmitted. I don't know how to fix this. I can't open the BWPAYDATA file on my end to see what is in it.

    Currently, the direct deposit file and prenote only include the employee's last name.  There has been an enhancement request written to concide this is a future update see Knowledge Base article #92717 Enhancement Request: Add the employee's first name on the direct deposit file and prenote file (92817).  For this or any enhancement, If you would like to see this feature considered for a future release please send your request to [email protected]
