Payroll Direct Deposit Settings

Is it possible to enter an ALPHA character in the Company ID field (i.e. preface the FEIN with a letter rather than a number?)

Also, can we opt out of the balancing DEBIT record.  Client is wanting to bump their daily limit, and their bank has slightly different requirements than how the current settings are configured.

    Dinger CPA-

    The Company ID only accepts numbers.  Alpha characters are not allowed.   In our system you can create an unbalanced entry for the NACHA file.  When you create the file in PR, Transfer, Create Direct Deposit File select the box "Create unbalanced file".  For more information in this topic, see Knowledge Base article #37851 "How to create an unbalanced direct deposit file".
