Tod - Unfortunately, Sage BusinessWorks does not have an automatic backup feature.  The only option that BusinessWorks has for backups is to go to File, Backup.   We do have an existing enhancement request for this feature - "Enhancement Request: Does Sage BusinessWorks have an automatic backup?" Knowledge Base Article # (48513)   If you would like to see this feature considered for a future release please send your request to [email protected]

NOTE:  Sage BusinessWorks can prompt the user to backup when they exit the program, you can turn on the notification message on by following the instructions below.

1. From the Launcher menu select Utilities, System Preferences
2. In the Informational Message section, select Yes on the 'Prompt to back up on exit' field.   Each time you exit Sage BusinessWorks program, you will be prompted to backup your data
