Hi. My organization was sold in October 2016. We want to close out operations and file our 2016 W2s now. I uploaded the BW forms that automatically install, but everything is still 2015. I generally use Aartix to file and will have them mail and provide electronic codes. Do I need to wait until BW updates the 2016 W2 forms (and if so, when will that be)? Or, if I file now, will employees get a 2016 form? Everything now prints on a 2015 W2 form out of BW. Thanks.
