Sage BusinessWorks 2015 Service Pack 9 is now available

Sage BusinessWorks 2015 Service Pack 9 is now available

This service pack resolves the reported issues with the following:

  • Inactive employees displaying on the Affordable Care Act forms
  • Customer statements printing with an invalid date
  • Blank employee records being created when voiding a payroll check. 

Please download the latest service pack from our support site

  1. Visit
  2. Click Log on (Sign-in) in the top right-hand corner
  3. Enter your Logon and password (If you are not already registered select “Sign Up for an Account”) or click Join
  4. Select My downloads
  5. Select Sage BusinessWorks
  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the service pack for your version under Latest update
  7. When on the download page click the download link and if prompted choose to Save the file (this is normally at the bottom of the screen) select to save the file to your Desktop
  8. If a location is not selected the download usually defaults to C:\User\{UserID}\Downloads
  9. In Related Resources, review the Release Notes regarding the service pack
  10. When the download is complete ensure that everyone is out of Sage BusinessWorks and double click the Service Pack on your desktop

If you are on a version prior to 2015 and are experiencing these issues you will need to install Sage BusinessWorks 2015 and Service Pack 9 in order to resolve these issues.
