If you are on Sage BusinessWorks 2020 or higher you can access Chat from the Live Chat button on your menu bar
If you are on an older version of Sage BusinessWorks you can access Chat by going to Chat, Sage Live Chat
Both options allow you to easily connect to a support representative Monday - Friday 6 AM - 5 PM Pacific time.
If you have any issues launching chat from within the program please go to our Resources page on Sage City to launch chat
- Go to www.sage.com/resources
- Select United States for Country or Region
- Select Sage BusinessWorks for Products
- Scroll down to the Contact section and select Chat with Sage or if you prefer you can click Submit Online Case to open a ticket online
