We have employees who live in different states than we are located in. We withhold and pay taxes for those states, but when I print the W-2 it only shows withholding from our home state. How do I get the other states to show up?

SAGE 50 Accounting does not allow printing on the W-3 form nor will it print the Copy A form for filing via regular mail. when printing, it has a small message that says:

In box 20 Locality Name the software is adding the word "Wages" on the Employee copy of W2. It is not doing it on the Federal copy. No mater what I change the local tax name to the word "Wages" gets added. I need the box to read "CA-SDI" not "CA-SDI Wages…
