PLEASE FIX entering "ship To": addresses. Go back to earlier versions (Before 2009) - less key entries and more accurate control. No nonsense entering contacts for each distribution center. MAKE IT EASY QUICK AND SIMPLE like it was previously.
  • I don't remember when the "contacts" area was ever easy or straightforward, but it is doubtless the most difficult area of Sage to navigate.  How about getting some actual users to help create a workable solution.

  • Absolutely. It was a terrible mess when this change began with the contacts. I vote to go back to the old way as well!
  • I WANT THIS SO BAD -- I HATE THE NEW CONTACT PAGES - THEY ARE CONFUSING AND RIDICULOUS TO TRAIN SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT HOW TO USE THE DARN SETUP.    **SAGE??? ARE YOU EVEN PAYING ATTENTION.....

  • I absolutely hate this version.  You should also be able to add ship-to addresses on the fly.

  • "We are a garage door service company, &  have actually found this feature helpful for clients that have multiple addresses. We don't use it for a contact ""person"" necessarily, but as a label to differentiate which address is which.

For example, we service the garage doors at the local county firestations so we label each ""contact"" as FIre Station #10, Fire Station #16, etc. For our customers that have only a billing & shipping address (which are sometimes the same), we use this field to indicate which is which, and additional contact information for our technicians to use (such as phone numbers, and/or subdivision information) along with the location address."
