Hello, you can use the 'IsAdded' property of the InventoryItem class to determine if the item is new and then use the 'LastSavedAt' property to determine the create/update date/time. Thanks! 

Thanks for your reply Expert ,I still have one more question ,I am using Sage50 COM API ,I did not find the field 'LastSavedAt' in 'PeachwIEObjInventoryItemsListField' , is the 'LastSavedAt' only supported in Sage50.NET API? 

No, I assumed you were using the .NET API. If you are using the COM API, then this would be the correct field to use. Thanks!

Do you mean 'LastSavedAt' is also supported in the COM API? But I did not find similar fields in it, could you tell me which class or method has 'LastSavedAt' in the COM API? Thanks!
