I am searching for a way around that how we can add customer notes on any existing SO through sage Peachtree API.

What version of Sage 50 and type of API (COM or .NET) are you using? We are currently supporting versions 2018.2 and 2019.1.

Sage 50 2018, and API type is .Net version 2018.2.0.197

You can use the "CustomerNote" Property of the Sage.Peachtree.API.SalesOrder class.
