Permissions....Are you connecting using the "Access From Outside Sage 50" user? Has that been enabled under Maintain-->Users-->Setup Security on the Data Access/Crystal Reports tab?

Yes, I set the ODBC Access. My addon works in many other installation whitout problems, but dont know why this error message appears in one installation. Looks like some pervasive permission error.
