I'm a long-time Sage 50 user but recently upgraded to Sage 50 cloud (Quantum). I've been working on customized versions of standard income statements and came up with a good summary report we want to keep using. The problem is, I logged in one day and the report was gone. Can this report be easily retrieved? We've tried through 'Restore' but I can't get access as I'm not an administrator. If not, I can re-create it in about two hours but it's now happened to me twice so I'm skeptical about spending that much time on it again without knowing if the report can be saved permanently for all users to access without it disappearing suddenly.
