the Personal Identifiable Information is available in the List forms that can be exported to Excel. This is one method that is supported by Sage to share this information with external people. I haven't found a tool to decrypt the SSN or other PII information. 

This is not the best method of getting at this data, especially with a live reporting tool, but you could reference the external data table that is generated with the Employee list sent to excel. 

Thank you.  That is the direction I was headed.  Wanted to see if I was potentially missing a different solution.

Hi Mark,

You are correct, as of 2020, the SSN is encrypted.  The good news is is that the 'field' named SSN is encrypted but no others.

So the handy workaround is to place the SSN in another field, like custom field 1 and make a coding update to your report to pull the SSN from CF1.

I can do this for you if you do not know how to do it yourself.
