If the download was successful you can find it in the Updates folder in the Sage datapath. Make sure you install service release 1 on the server 1st, then all the workstations before you install the 2016 Tax Service. To find your data path, inside Sage under Maintain, Company Info. is a directory that displays the path such as Q:\ProgramData\Q2016\Company\abc. Have all users exit Sage, then using Windows Explorer, go to the datapath in the directory but don't go as far as the abc. In this scenario, "Company" is the folder that you will find the Udpates Folder. Open the Updates Folder, then launch the Sage service release 1. Once that is installed then install the Tax Service.
