How do I email direct deposits to my employees rather than printing them.

I would like to have the direct deposits be emailed to the employee out of my Sage 50 Accounting software. There are 2 email spots listed in the software for the employee I would think one could be used for that purpose. Also, when I go to print the DD advice it has 'email' as a choice tab. Why is grayed out? As we are growing it is becoming more time consuming as we have more employees. 

Please Help me with this issue.

    Thanks for reaching out. Sage 50 US does not have functionality to email direct deposit advice forms or payroll checks. This article, as well as, this one on how to create PDF file or email paystub advises that: "There is no option to email or create PDF from checks in Sage 50."You would need to speak with your IT person to install a PDF print driver to your computer. Online employee access to pay stubs is available through payroll services like ADP.
