Laura, this may help.  I have a shortcut on my desktop to "AATRIX ACA,W2,1099 Preparer."  I downloaded it years ago because Sage didn't support 1099's at the time.  I still have to use it for 1099-Div.  You have the option to import the information or enter it manually.  After the information is entered, the remaining steps are the same as in Sage software.  I believe the download is located at https://www.aatrix.com/efile/.  Although I'm grateful to see Sage now has the ability for 1099-Misc, 1099-NEC, 1099-INT, which I also need, I agree it would be helpful if they could include the 1099-Div.

Unfortunately, I am not able to figure out how to utilize this in a manually entry situation. When I click on download the free software, it wants me to enter what payroll software I am using and when I pick Sage 50, it tells me I already have this software available to me through Sage. Also, everything on this site seem to cover efiling and I manually file everything yet. Thank you so much for this suggestion though.
