Receiving error when trying to download 2023 payroll tax updates. Says lost internet connection, although it was never lost; other error is "Exception thrown in destructor".  Have gotten through first level Cust. Serv. today and have been given a ticket for next tier of tech services to give a call back, but long wait times for call back. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue.
