The recent tax update gives the Philadelphia Resident rate as 3.8398. The Philadelphia Dept of Revenue states that it has been lowered to 3.79 effective July 1, 2022. I have tried to make this point using Chat, but was sent a 2021 KB article that is irrelevant and then disconnected. The first line support is beyond terrible. Sage needs to look at this.
