I know this a little late, but just in case you're still looking for an answer, from the main Sage 50 window go to the Maintain menu > Default Information > Payroll Settings. When the Payroll Settings wizard opens, click on Taxes, then "Assign Tax Fields." Then click the "W-2 Fields" button and you can assign the school tax to a field on the W-2.
