Sage Stops working when open Bill of Material Report for a specific assembly item

Hi, 
 Our company is using Sage 50 Accounting US Edition 2016. Every time when we are trying to open the Bill of Material Report for a specific assembly item, Sage just stops working. Currently this issue happens only on this item all the time, and other assembly items are fine to load their Bill of Material Reports. Also I have checked the Sage Error Log, and there is no error message related to this issue.

In adding to Steve's advice, if you still have problems with that account you need to create a new account for that item. Change the Item ID adding a ZZ in front of the Item ID. If your in version2015.2 or higher you can use the Copy Button to copy the ZZITEM123 to ITEM123, or just create a new Item ID. To move the inventory on hand out of the ZZItem to the new Item enter an inventory adjustment.
