Coming from Quickbooks in the last few days i asked the same thing, apparently Sage split off their credit card processing / merchant services into another company, called Paya.  Im told it integrates into Sage, in practice and watching them show me how it works, its not quite the same, there are a few steps.  Im told this is they way they do it, im just going to have to learn the steps, cause going back to quickbooks is not an option!! 

I agree, I don't want to go to QB but Paya is just a merchant credit card processer - Divvy offers much more.  I surprised Sage doesn't offer more.  Thanks for responding.

According to Sage, Paya is the company they spun off that was their internal merchant services, they are the only one that integrates into Sage that payments mark invoices paid.  I am not familiar with Divvy and what they offer that is better.

If you need help setting up Paya let me know.  There is another fully integrated option called Pay Invoice from Skyline that can do the pay now link like Paya but it also has a customer portal, can send auto past dues to the customer and pass on the merchant fees.  None of that is possible with Paya.  [email protected] or 763-202-4523 if you want more info.
