Thanks for reaching out with this question. Here's an article on how to convert your company data. When you launch your company data formatted for 2022 in the 2023 version of the Sage 50 US software, the conversion wizard will start. I've pasted the steps from the article below:

1. Open Sage 50
2. Go to File, and select Open Company
3. Open the desired company
4. The conversion wizard will start.
5. Press Next, on Introduction page
6. Press, Next to confirm company
7. Create backup, after backup press Next *You must create backup in order to proceed*
8. Conversion will start, select Finish when conversion is complete
