Sage 50 keeps randomly kicking people off

My Sage 50 US Edition keeps kicking people off at random times of the day, multiple times a day. We get common errors like 3110 or File system error number 96 in file. I don't understand why this happening. We are constantly having to just log back and continue our work but our patience has reached its end. Please if anyone has a fix, let me know! Thank you.

I'm able to work offline with it right now. Nobody else is online. I'm working on reconciling in the check register and there were several duplicated transactions. Everytime I tried to delete a transaction and when it went to upload it online it kicked me out. I have no idea if what I was doing had anything to do with it. I decided to just work offline until I finish for today.
