The cloud is great until it breaks and no one is around to fix it. My most recent backup is at the office so I'm unless I want to drive across town to grab a copy and bring it to my home office.

Tired of this program and all of its glitches and work arounds. I waste so much time dealing with this software
I had a backup so at least able to get in by restoring a backup but again a waste of time. Pay a ton of money for support and closed until Monday.

Hello, I am having the same problem with Sage 50 Sharing that is not authenticating. I called a Canadian Sage support telephone number which routed me to India, they had the nerve to blame me that I log out by hireing "Exit" rather than C" Close Company". Been doing that hitting "Exit" since the program was in DOS via Peachtree.
All my companies I can not access. However what I did for mu company, since the last night I did not close my company I made a back up this morning, installed Sage on a computer not networked to my server, restored it as a new company and was able to obtain my company data!
What I suggest is make a backup of your company folders and save all company folders. Your company folders on your computer are not corrupted. What is corrupted in the cloud data. If the company synchronizes and downloads whats in the cloud, it will overwrite what is in you company data on your local drive..
If you have a recent backup of your company do what I did to be able to open it up on a separate computer. In the mean time I will have to call tech support.
Good luck as this sucks, my accountants are all on a stand still during tax season. Sage 50 Sharing is fantastic, better that the cloud version. However, this issue has me nervous
This issue happened a month ago with remote access. Hopefully it's back up in a short amount of time. I'm running into the same thing now.
I am also having the same issue. Trying to find a solution this weekend.
I'm located in the USA in Tennessee and it finally let me into both of my companies about 20 minutes ago. I immediately downloaded them both and made local backups in case it goes down again.
