I am having the exact same issue and I am never able to log into my account. I also can log into the Sage customer portal. I have never been asked to log into sage after I enter my login name and password.

so is this forum a 24/7 question /answer forum or just a "submit questions only and hope for the best?"

I am down and out till this is resolved.

I posted here and submitted a ticket.  I also tried calling support and it said to call during business hours and hung up.

Sage needs 24 hour support. I'm shocked that they leave customers dead in the water

I'm on the same page. I will not be able to log in into the system ***" We were unable to authorize your credentials"*** hopefully this problem gets resolve quickly. 

I just reinstalled this on all my workstations and i cant login on any of them except for my main one.  I used shared logins on my other two workstations.  Im so frustrated and there is no support on the weekends. IDK but im pretty annoyed with this system right now.
