This is not an acceptable upgrade. I am in the process of removing it to go back to 2022 which at least worked on an acceptable level. We have a server and 5 users. NOT ONE PERSON can select anything and not have to wait 10 minutes to a half an hour to see any results. One user waited over 5 hours to have a list populate and we finally gave up. It continually locks up and takes another half an hour to get it to sign back in. This cannot happen, especially at year end. It took a half an hour to populate the information for ONE paycheck. How is this good?
Did anyone try out the software before saying it was ok to publish for use? It has been a nightmare two days and I am only hoping that when we finish the regressing process that it works as usual. I have been told this is good until March of 2023. It is of no use to us if you cannot get information out of a system or put new information in. I have been on 4 Tech calls and all the waiting that goes with them. All have helped as best as possible but they cannot fix what is apparently broken on this update.
I usually do not post negative things but apparently this is the only forum for complaints that Sage offers. I asked for a email for someone who might care but this is what I was told I should do. I will have to check back at the beginning of next year to see if any progress on functionality has been made. We have been with Sage since 2008. This kind of functionality failure could be a deal breaker.
