I am having the same issue. I was on the line with a technician today for over an hour fixing one problem and created this problem. No work stations can access the server. I hate this new update. It has caused us nothing but issues. Currently waiting for that return call... we will call you back, we only get once chance>

Have you tried running a repair cycle on the Sage 2023 installation file on the server?

we ended up rolling back to 2022, worked for about a day and now we are getting max connections errors when no one is using it. 

Check your firewall settings.  I had same problem and fixed it by adding mysqld.exe 8.0.27 inbound rule.  All I did was copy the older 5.7.27 and pointed it at the new executable file.  This is probably the third time this has happened over the last 5 or 6 years.  The new "server only" installation seems to forget to update firewall rules, while client computers get it right.  I simply compare the firewalls between the clients and servers.  They gotta be the same!
