I recently upgraded from Sage 50 2015 to 2022.  I find it very troublesome that the issue of the company closing due to inactivity has been an ongoing problem for over 3 years, according to the comments.  This function closes the company without even offering to continue if the user is still working, or to save the current entry.   First I was told by Support that it's a 60 minute timer, so they told me to make sure I'm saving an entries regularly as opposed to just viewing reports, as that is what drives the "inactivity" notification, however I have saved an entry and then had the company close within minutes, so that advice does not work.  Other advice included no sharing the company, that doesn't work either.  They have also told me that there is no way to set the time for inactivity or stop the system from closing.  Most recently Support said that when 2023 comes out in October, they (Support) hopes that the programmers have solved this issue.  Is there a list anywhere of the software changes included in the 2023 rollout?  Has this issue been addressed?  It is very frustrating to have multiple reports open while working on an entry only to be kicked out in the middle of the process.
